- Spring/Summer concerts 7:30 – 9:30pm
- Fall concerts 7:00 – 9:00pm

Food and Beverages
Concert Goers are requested to bring a limit of one bag per person and one cooler per four people, due to space restrictions on the concert lawn. Pre-order food options are available for each concert. A beer and wine bar is available for purchase. Guests wishing to bring their own alcohol are subject to a $5 corkage fee per concert per reservation. Pre-paying the corkage fee will result in a shorter wait at entry.
Seating
All tickets are general admission to the Martin Rutchik Concert Lawn. Seating is on the lawn and first come, first served. We encourage blankets and low to the ground, low back chairs that sit no higher than 4 inches off the ground due to space and viewing limitations. Our concert lawn is separated into two zones: beach style chairs that do not exceed 4 inches in height from the ground in the front half, and chairs with seats higher than 4 inches in the back. Blankets are welcome anywhere and restrictions will be enforced on the amount and size of items that can accompany you and your party to the concert. This allows us to safely seat the maximum number of guests on the Lawn. Failure to comply with the chair policy may result in a request to move and/or being escorted from the event. Review our Lawn Chair Etiquette here.
Rain Policy
A determination as to weather-altered plans will be made by 3pm on the day of the concert to ensure the safety of the band and guests. Check our homepage or social media pages for updates on the day of the concert.
No Smoking
Smoking and vaping of any kind is not permitted in the Arboretum, including in the parking lots, per City of Dallas ordinance. We abide by City of Dallas ordinances.
Trams
Trams are not available on concert evenings.
Please note
Children must always remain with parents. Those not following this policy may be asked to leave.
Drop off/Pickups/Ride Share
To benefit our concert attendees, we will allow all drop off/pickups and rideshare vehicles to enter at Gate #3. This will allow guests with disabilities and guests with large items to gain closer access and have a much shorter walk to the concert lawn. Guests are allowed to be dropped off ONLY, parking is NOT ALLOWED in this area. All concert attendees are still required to park at Gate #1 or Gate #4. Guests will no longer be allowed to be dropped off or picked up at Gate #2. Handicap parking is still available at Gate #1 and Gate #4. For questions, please contact 214-515-6615.
