Dinner Parties are BACK and this spectacular menu will set you up for a successful dinner in your own home. In this fun and entertaining class, you will start with an amuse bouche of Fig and Goat Cheese Pinwheels, delicious! Our starter will be a beautiful Roasted Pear and Blue Cheese Salad followed by a main course of expertly prepared Coq au Vin served with Golden Luxe Potatoes and Baby Carrots. The meal will come to an end with the irresistible Chocolate Almond Tart (or Chocolate Lava Cake)You will be amazed at how simple it really can be. Tips for preparing foods ahead as well as plating inspiration will be shared.
