I have been a member in the past – if I renew, am I new or a renewal?
We count all previous members as renewals if it is within the past three years since renewing the past membership.
I have a membership but do not have my card on me, can I get in the gate?
Membership services will always be able to look up a membership on the computer.
I lost my card, can I get a new card?
Yes. Replacement cards are a $7 processing fee. To receive a new card, please contact customer service at 214.515.6615.
How many cars can park with my membership?
One car is allowed with each membership to park at no charge.
Is the membership for a calendar year or from date of purchase?
Membership starts the date of purchase and extends to the end of that month the next year.
How many people can I bring with my membership?
The Individual Membership level can have a total of two guests including the primary member. Family Membership level and above can have a total of six guests including the primary member.
At what age do children get charged?
Children under the age of three are free and not counted against the total number of people that can be brought in under that membership.
When should I expect my membership card?
Processing takes 10 business days during peak festival seasons. If you purchase a membership at the Membership Table at the garden, your yellow copy can be used as a temporary card until permanent cards arrive.
Can I let someone else go in with my card?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow someone else to enter the garden under your membership. As we are a non-profit organization we encourage you to come enjoy the garden with your guests and/or purchase a gift membership for them so they can enjoy on their own time as well.
Can a friend and I purchase a family membership together?
If you do not live together and are able to show proper identification at the window of mailing address, we cannot allow the membership to go to both persons.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, a membership can be upgraded simply by paying the difference between the two levels. However, if expiration date is three months away or less, then we would ask them to renew at the new level. The month of expiration will remain the same.
Are all Members Only events free?
Some of the events offered are free, but some will have a fee for food, crafts, etc. Check out our membership events page to view the list of upcoming events and pricing.
