Location
The Dallas Arboretum is conveniently located in East Dallas, along Garland Road just north of Highway 30.
Accessibility
At the Dallas Arboretum, we strive to ensure that our garden, buildings, and tour vehicles are accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the information booth. Tram tours of the central part of the garden are also available, departing from Tram Stop 1 by the Main Entrance and Tram Stop 2 by the Children’s Garden at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm.

Jonsson Color Garden
The 6.5-acre Margaret Elizabeth Jonsson Color Garden features large, sweeping beds of seasonal flowers and plants. Plus, the lush green lawns provide the perfect location for an afternoon picnic!
