Wedding Ceremony Only Includes:
- White garden chairs placed at ceremony sites up to capacity limit.
- Guest sign-in and/or altar tables.
- Single point of contact Event Manager who provides set up consultation and coordination of facility management for set up on the day of event.
- Event Facilitator on the event day, who coordinates the load-in, set up and strike of the vendors and closes the event.
- • 45 minute rehearsal with event manager. Monday – Thursday from 9am – 5pm, or Friday from 9am – 1pm, according to availability. No weekend rehearsals are available. (Gazebo venue does not have rehearsal.)
Additional lighting will be necessary during winter months depending on event time. Lighting starts at $900.00
A security/damage deposit plus a percentage of the venue fee is required at time of booking.
