For groups of 20 or more, the Dallas Arboretum offers discount admission tickets as well as the opportunity to add a Guided Tour and/or meals.

These special services provide year-round opportunities for your association, church group, club, or family to enjoy our beautiful gardens, experience our changing vistas and exhibits, and tour our historic DeGolyer Home. Check out our Rave Reviews.

To plan your visit, review the options below best suited to your group. Submit your request at least two weeks (14 days) before your expected arrival date. You will be contacted within one business day after receipt of the request.

Purchase Discount Tickets Only (Option 1)
Groups of 20 or more enjoy a discount on individual admissions! Day admissions with discount is $14 adult; $11 senior; $9 child. To purchase group tickets for an unscheduled group tour, click here.

Although your group may choose to visit unscheduled using your discount tickets, scheduled groups will be greeted at the entrance and given a brief presentation at the Orientation Theater. We recommend you allow a minimum of two hours for a Self-Guided Tour.

The options below are also available exclusively to scheduled groups.

Picnic (Option 2)
Scheduled groups may pre-order from our boxed lunch menus, which include tempting treats such as a delicious Salad and a Vegetarian Wrap with Herbed Cream Cheese and various sandwich assortments. Boxed lunches start at $13 per person. More elegant seated lunches are also available starting at $25.

Embark on a Guided Garden Tour (Option 3)
One of our experienced Tour Guides will host your group on an educational and entertaining tour of the gardens, including seasonal highlights. Guided tours are available all year for just $7 per person.
 
Take in the Total Package (Option 4)
What better way to spend the day at our beautiful gardens than with a formal guided tour and an enjoyable lunch! Tickets, box lunch and tour start at just $33 per person.

Garden Party (Option 5)
What a perfect way to end or start your visit to the Dallas Arboretum! This package includes admission to the Dallas Arboretum and voucher for a meal at Highland Park Cafeteria located just 3 minutes from the Dallas Arboretum. Choose from 100+ daily homemade selections and enjoy their beautiful dining room with live piano entertainment. Your pre-purchased meal ticket includes salad, entrée, 2 vegetables, a Zucchini Muffin or roll, a house made dessert selection, and a drink of your choosing. The meal voucher must be used on the day of your visit to the Dallas Arboretum.

Group Tour Policies:

1. A minimum of 20 paid individuals are required for discounted tickets or group tour/lunch options.
2. Payment for tickets, parking of $10 per vehicle, boxed lunches and/or tours is due at the time of confirmation.
3. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance for a guided tour and/or lunch and are not final until confirmation is received by email or letter.
4. Group tickets are non-refundable and are good through the end of the year in which they are purchased. 
5. Cancellations for guided tour/lunch options must be made by noon at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a refund.
6. Prices are subject to change unless guaranteed with a confirmed reservation.
